Madison is a powerhouse, refusing to accept anything but the best possible outcome for her clients. She’s a warrior who knows her market intimately and has real estate in her DNA – her father was a top-producing agent in Vancouver throughout her childhood years. Her passion for the art of sales and negotiations is matched only by her enthusiasm to get out into the mountains and find adventure on her skis, snowboard, dirt bike, or with her horse, Spartan. A seemingly endless source of energy, Madison brings over 17 years of Sales and Customer Service experience to every transaction and finds success through integrity, dedication, and hard work.
With a background in rental property management, Madison entered the Real Estate industry in 2012 and was recruited into an award-winning team in Sea to Sky in 2016. After establishing a solid foundation of trust, a reputation for excellence, and a keen understanding of the market, Madison branched out on her own to better serve her clients.

Mel (Melissa) has been an active and involved member of the Whistler community for 5 years now and has a deep love for helping people. Everyone who meets Mel is instantly drawn to her outgoing and empathetic personality.
Originally from the Greater Toronto Area, Mel packed up and headed to the West Coast for a ski season after attending McMaster University for Business and Economics. She instantly fell in love with the lifestyle and decided to make her move here permanent.
Looking to utilize her background in customer service, marketing, and sales, a career in real estate felt like a natural fit. Since joining Madison, Mel has immersed herself in the local market and has developed a keen eye for finding the right home for her clients.
Initially introduced by a mutual friend in 2020, Mel and Madison quickly bonded over their shared passion, dedication, and drive. With complementary strengths and a shared focus, they are a powerhouse duo, working in tandem to ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention.
